Gold Spot Sportswear, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent service. However, by purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and returns.

All refund and return requests are subject to our policy and management’s discretion. Custom-printed or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Gold Spot Sportswear reserves the right to deny or limit refunds in cases of misuse, false claims, or policy violations.
